摘要
目的探讨采用中医论治法治疗老年糖尿病患者合并呼吸道感染的疗效。方法选取该院2014年1—12月收治的糖尿病合并呼吸道感染患者200例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组100例,其中对照组患者采取常规西医治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上增加六味地黄丸合止嗽散加减法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和复发情况。结果两组老年糖尿病合并呼吸道感染患者的治疗效果对比,观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为89.00%(P<0.05),数据对比差异具有统计学意义。结论采用中医论治老年糖尿病合并呼吸道感染有利于提高治疗效果,降低患者复发率,适合临床推广。
Objective To explore the treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine treatment the curative effect of elderly diabetic patients complicated by respiratory tract infection. Selection. Methods From January 2014 to December of200 patients with diabetes complicated by respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 100 cases in each group, the control of these patients were treated with routine western medicine, the observation group of patients in the control group on the basis of increasing liuwei dihuang pill and scattered addition and subtraction treatment of cough, compare the curative effect of two groups of patients and relapse. Results Two groups of elderly diabetic contrast effect of the treatment of patients with respiratory tract infection, treatment group total effective rate was98.00%, control group patients treatment the total effective rate was 89.00%（P〈0.05）, and data contrast difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The TCM differentiation of elderly diabetes complicated by respiratory tract infection is helpful to improve the effect of treatment and decrease the recurrence rate, and suitable for clinical promotion.
