摘要
目的对饮食控制在妊娠糖尿病患者疾病治疗中的临床运用效果进行探讨。方法选取该院2014年3月—2015年3月所收治的妊娠糖尿病患者94例作为观察的对象,按就诊前后顺序分成观察组与常规组,常规组患者采取常规护理干预措施,在此基础之上,对观察组患者采取饮食控制;然后对两组患者的临床效果、血糖值变化等情况加以观察与比较。结果观察组患者干预后的FPG、2h PG以及Hb Alc等指标低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组母婴并发症发生率均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规护理的基础之上,对妊娠糖尿病患者采取饮食控制,可有效控制患者的血糖,且优化母婴结局,值得大力推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of diet control in the treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 94 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the subjects of observation and divided into the observation group and the conventional group in accordance with the order of admission. Both groups were treated by the conventional nursing intervention, in addition,the observation group were given diet control. And the clinical effect and blood glucose level of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After intervention, the FPG, 2h PG and Hb Alc levels of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The incidence of maternal and infant complications in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Diet control based on the conventional nursing can effectively control the blood glucose level and improve the maternal and child outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus, therefore it is worth promoting greatly.
