摘要
目的观察冠心病合并糖尿病患者临床护理管理的治疗效果。方法以110例冠心病合并糖尿病患者为研究对象,在常规药物治疗的基础上,控制血糖在适宜范围,给予相应的临床护理管理措施,按照规定的标准判定疗效。结果经过积极的药物治疗和护理管理,110例患者中,显效89例,占80.91%;好转17例,占15.45%;无效4例,占百分率3.64%,总有效率为96.36%。结论在常规药物治疗的基础上,给予有针对性的临床护理管理措施,可以提高冠心病合并糖尿病患者的疗效,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of coronary heart disease and diabetes in patients with clinical care management. Methods 110 cases of coronary heart disease and diabetes patients for the study, based on conventional drug therapy, control of blood glucose in a suitable range, given appropriate clinical care management practices, in accordance with the provisions of the standard to determine efficacy. Results After a positive drug treatment and care management, 110 cases of coronary heart disease patients, effective in 89 cases, accounting for 80.91%; improved in 17 cases, accounting for 15.45%; 4 cases, the percentage of 3.64%, the total effective rate was 96.36%. Conclusion On the basis of conventional drug treatment, based on giving targeted clinical care management measures that can improve the efficacy of coronary heart disease and diabetes,and improve the quality of life of patients.
