摘要
目的分析子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者的围手术期治疗方法。方法回顾性分析该院2014年8月—2015年8月收治的78例子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者临床资料,对其予以围术期处理方法予以治疗,并观察临床治疗效果及相关并发症的发生情况。结果该组78例患者手术均全部顺利,术后切口感染4例,感染率为5.13%,共70(89.74%)例切口Ⅰ期愈合,剩余8(10.26%)例伤口Ⅱ期愈合,且阴道残端皆愈合良好。于整个住院期间,所有患者均未出现糖低血糖症、非酮症高渗性昏迷及尿病酮症酸中毒等严重并发症。结论子宫肌瘤合并糖尿病患者的围手术期治疗期间,医务人员需有效控制患者血糖浓度,且于其与手术要求范围值相符时予子宫肌瘤切除术,同时做好术后处理工作,有利于患者顺利度过整个围术期,且治疗效果良好。
Objective To analyze perioperative treatment of hysteromyoma patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in August 2014- August 2015 clinical data of 78 patients with uterine fibroids diabetes mellitus, perioperative treatment method to the treatment, and observe the clinical effect and related complications.Results The operation of 78 cases were all goes well, the postoperative incision infection in 4 cases, infection rate was5.13%, a total of 70（89.74%） cases Ⅰ healing of incision, the remaining eight Ⅱ（10.26%） cases of wound healing, and vaginal stump were healed well. In the whole hospital, all no sugar hypoglycemia, ketosis occurred hypertonic coma and urine disease of serious complications such as ketoacidosis. Conclusion Uterine fibroids during perioperative treatment in patients with diabetes mellitus, patients with medical personnel need to effective control of blood glucose concentration, and the value is consistent with the operation requirements for hysteromyoma resection, at the same time do a good job in postoperative treatment benefit through the whole perioperative patients, and treatment effect is good.
