摘要
通过研究接触网绝缘子污闪的成因,常用绝缘子污秽的测量,从划分设备污秽等级、建立污染源台帐、缩短绝缘子清扫周期三个方面进行污闪分析,采用加强设备更新改造、加强管理手段进行污闪治理,保证电气化铁路的正常供电。
By studying the causes of pollution and flashover of OCS insulators, measurement of insulator pollution, and the analysis made on three aspects of classification of pollution grades of equipment, setting of account for pollution sources and shortening the cleaning duration of insulators, the treatment of pollution and flashover is performed by strengthening the renovation of equipment and managing approaches so as to guarantee the normal power supply of electrified railways.
