摘要
目的:探讨腹部超声联合经阴道超声在妇产科急腹症诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选择笔者所在医院2013年5月-2015年3月收治的妇产科急腹症患者159例,均行经腹部超声及阴道超声检查,比较单独经腹部超声与经腹部联合经阴道超声对疾病的诊断符合率。结果:经腹部超声检查诊断符合率为76.73%(122/159),经腹部联合经阴道超声诊断符合率为93.08%(148/159),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声检查具有操作简便、快速、无痛苦等特点,经腹部联合经阴道超声检查能明显提高妇产科急腹症诊断准确率,具有较高的临床诊断价值。
Objective：To discuss the application value analysis of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen.Method：159 patients with gynecological acute abdomen were selected to analysize from May 2013 to March 2015 in our hospital.All patients were examinated by transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound,and compared the diagnostic accordance rate between transabdominal ultrasound and transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound.Result：The diagnostic accordance rate of transabdominal ultrasound was 76.73%（122/159）,and the rate of transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound was 93.08%（148/159）,the difference was statistically signigicant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Ultrasonography examination has aspects of convenient,accuracy and painless.Transabdominal combined with transvaginal ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accordance rate of gynecological acute abdomen,and has a high diagnostic value.
