摘要
东南亚华人企业集团的经营管理方式,以家族经营为主。经过几十年的发展,东南亚华人企业集团的家族经营发生了很大的变化。东南亚华人企业在经营管理方面作了多方面的探索,与传统上的家族经营相比较,华人企业集团已经吸收了很多现代的企业管理经验,经营管理水平有了一定的提高。
The ethnic Chinese business groups in Southeast Asia adopted in the main the pattern of family management, which have changed dramatically over the past decades. The ethnic Chinese enterprises in Southeast Asia have made multi-pronged exploration in managerial approaches. They have learned many experiences of modern business management and have improved to some extent in this respect compared to the traditional family management.
