摘要
激光能见度仪用于测量大气能见度,激光回波信号时间测量误差是影响能见度测量精度的重要因素,采用多模式高分辨率时间数字转换器解决了激光回波时间间隔数字化精度问题。在介绍时间数字转换器应用于测量不同范围时间间隔的基础上,设计了一种用于高精度多分辨率测量电路。通过实验验证,不仅短距离测量精度能达到厘米级,远距离测量精度也在米级,测量误差均小于20%,能够满足能见度测量对精度和实时性的要求。
Laser visibility instrument is used to measure atmospheric visibility.The time measurement error of laser echo signal is an important factor that affects the measurement of visibility.The time-to-digital converter of multi-mode and high resolution is presented which can solve the digitization precision problem of time interval for laser echo.On the basis of application in measuring different time intervals of time-to-digital converter,The multi-resolution circuit is designed.The experiment shows that measurement precision of the short distance can reach cm level and the measurement precision of the long distance can reach m level.The measurement error is less than 20%.It can meet the requirements of visibility measurement of precision and real-time performance.
