摘要
随着经济的发展,我国的民营企业逐渐增多,复杂的市场环境和经济市场的变化都是影响企业发展的重要条件。随着现在民营企业的增多,企业的竞争力也越来越强,企业面临的挑战也越来越多。所以,要适应现在的社会发展,就必须对企业进行改革创新,这样才能提高企业的竞争力。
China＇s private enterprises have gradually increased with development of the economy, changes of complex marketing environment and economic market are the important impact condition the development of enterprises. The competitiveness of enterprises is also growing, while also facing more and more challenges. Therefore, to adapt to the current social development, we must make reform and innovation to enterprises, so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
