摘要
高职院校办学是否成功,其在高校之间是否具有竞争力的最重要的评判标准之一便是学生的就业情况,对学生进行就业信息管理是高职院校重要的工作内容之一。运用CRP系统能够有效地促进高职院校的就业信息化建设和管理,提高其管理水平。文章对CRP系统下高职院校就业信息化建设进行了研究和分析,并提出了相应的对策以供参考。
The success of higher vocational colleges, the one of the most important criteria for evaluating colleges＇ competitiveness is the students＇ employment situation, employment information management for student is one of the important work in higher vocational colleges. Using CRP system can effectively promote the employment information construction and management of higher vocational colleges, improve the management level. In this paper, the CRP system research and analysis on the employment information construction in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the corresponding strategies for reference.
