摘要
分析了影响建筑工程施工质量的各项因素,针对目前建筑质量监督管理中存在的问题,从加强信息化建设、重视用户监督、明晰施工权责等方面,提出了相应的解决对策,有助于建筑工程质量监管水平的不断提高。
The paper analyzes the factors affecting the construction quality of architectural projects,and points out respective solution and strategies from the improvement of the informationized construction,highlight of users＇ supervision,and identification of responsibilities and duties of construction according to some problems in management of the architectural quality inspection,so as to improve the quality inspection of architectural projects.
