摘要
目的:研究牙科显微镜结合超声技术处理疑难根管中的治疗效果。方法:临床上诊断为根管钙化、塑化、根管内器械折断的根管,共168个,在显微镜下采用超声工作器械进行根管再治疗,统计根管的再治疗成功率。结果:显微镜下结合超声技术,共168个根管,再治疗成功136例,成功率80.95%。其中,钙化根管再治疗成功率为82.35%;塑化根管成功率为77.42%;根管内折断器械取出率为84.21%。结论:显微镜超声技术在处理疑难根管病例中取得了良好的治疗效果,但对于磨牙根尖1/3,尤其是狭窄弯曲根管,治疗有一定局限性。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of microsonic technique in the treatment of intractable root canals. Methods： A total of 168 blocked root canals were retreaded by ultrasonic technique under dental operating microscope. The success rate was recorded. Results： Total 168 root canals were treated with a success of 80. 95%. The success rate of each category of the blocked canals was 82. 35% for calcified,77. 42% for resinfied canals,and 84. 21% for canals blocked by post. Conclusion： The use of ultrasonic technique under dental operating microscope is effective in the canal retreatment. However,the management of intractable root canals especially in mandibular molars is not encouraged.
