摘要
目的探讨抗菌药物应用现状和合理应用。方法采用调查表的方式,对临床抗菌药物应用现状进行调查,把调查的内容汇总统计、进行分析。结果抗菌药物在治疗疾病的同时,存在不合理应用甚至滥用现象,导致多种细菌对多种抗生素产生耐药性。结论尽快建立有效的抗菌药物管理监督体系。认真落实《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,不断提高医药工作者的专业水平和在校医药学生教学质量,合理应用抗菌药物势在必行。
Objective To discuss the application status and reasonable use of antimicrobial drugs. Methods By way of questionnaire,the clinical application status of antibiotics were investigated,survey data were aggregated statistics and analysis by computer. Results Although antimicrobial drugs can treat many diseases,they were used unreasonably and even substance abused,even lead to some bacteria resistant to many antimicrobial drugs. Conclusion It is urgent to establish effective management and surveillance systems of antimicrobial drugs. We will conscientiously implement the Guiding Principles of Clinical Use of Antibiotics and constantly improve professional standard of medicinal workers and teaching quality of medical students. It is imperative to rational use of antibacterial drugs
