From Jan.24 th to 29 th,the 5th Session of the 12 th People's Congress of Shandong Province was successfully held in Shandong Assembly Hall.On behalf the People's Government of Shandong Province,Governor Guo Shuqing delivered the Government Work Report to the congress.In the report,the top five hot words are respectively 'Development', 'Construction', 'Economy', 'Enterprises' and 'Services',wherein, 'Development' appears 85 times; 'Construction' appears72 times; 'Economy' appears 48 times.In 2016,Shandong Province will strive to develop such industries as education,medical treatment,pension,health,tourism,culture,leisure,entertainment and sports,and is determined to promote the de-capacity of iron & steel,coal,cement,non-ferrous metal,ships,glass,tires,local refining and other industries.Wang Wentao,deputy to the People's Congress of Shandong Province,member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Jinan Municipal Party Committee expressed his opinions w on the decapacity,de-stocking,de-leverage and supply-side structural reform of Shandong.He said, 'The 'obtaining' after 'removing'is the key.To solve this problem,we should rely on the two strategies of investment promotion and industry chain innovation.' At this People's Congress,Guo Shuqing said, 'The main anticipated goals in 2016 are achieving a growth of 7.5%-8%in regional GDP;a growth of 8.5%in local general public budget income;an increase of 1.1 million newly employed people in the urban areas;and an increase of 8%and8.5%in the per capita disposable income of urban and rural residents.'
