摘要
为观察自动痔疮套扎术（RPH）加消痔灵注射和外痔切除治疗混合痔的疗效，将80例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用RPH加消痔灵注射和外痔切除术治疗，对照组采用外切内扎加消痔灵注射术治疗，观察2组治愈率、术后疼痛、排尿及创面水肿情况，评价其治疗效果。结果显示，2组治愈率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但在术后疼痛、排尿及创面水肿方面治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，RPH加消痔灵注射和外痔切除治疗混合痔临床效果确切，可以减少混合痔术后并发症，减轻患者的痛苦。
This study was to observe the effect of combination surgery of RPH,injecting Xiaozhiling and external resection in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, randomly divided 80 cases into treatment group and control one,40 cases for each;gave the above combination surgery to the former,while external resection ＆ internal ligation to the latter;then observed both group＇s curative rate,as well as the status on post- operative pain, urination and wound-surface edema, and evaluated both group＇s curative effect.As results, in curative rate there was no statistical difference between both groups（ P 〉0.05）,but in other 3 items the former was superior to the latter （ P 〈0.05）.Results show that above-mentioned combination surgery for mixed hemorrhoids has determined effect, and can reduce postoperative complication, as well relieve pain of patients
