摘要
通过分析痕量氯离子检测方法应用现状,提出了一种电厂水汽系统痕量氯离子在线测量方法。该方法在分光光度法的基础上改进了显色剂配方、加装了浓缩系统及废液处理装置,其中显色剂是由多种添加剂复配而成的水溶性药剂,毒性低,该方法可在线测量质量浓度在0-1 000μg/L范围内的氯离子。将该方法应用于300MW,600MW及1 000MW机组的水样氯离子在线监测,结果表明:本文提出的痕量氯离子在线测量系统最低检测限可达到0.2μg/L,测量结果的相对偏差小,在该测量范围内有较好的重复性及准确度,适于电厂水汽系统各取样点氯离子质量浓度的监测。
The application status of current detection method for trace chloride ion at home and aboard was summarized.On this basis,this paper improved the spectrophotometric method and proposed an online measurement method for trace chloride ion in water vapor system of power stations,which modifies the formula of chromogenic agent and adds the concentration system and waste liquid treatment device.The chromogenic agent consists of a variety of additives and is a water soluble medicament with low toxicity.This online method can detect chloride ions with concentration range from 0μg/L to 1 000μg/L.Application of this method on chloride ions detection for a 300 MW,600 MW and 1 000 MW unit shows that,the minimum detection limit of this trace chloride ion online measuring method can reach 0.2μg/L,the relative deviation of the measurement results is small and has good repeatability and accuracy,indicating this method can be applied in the monitoring of chlorine ion concentration in the water vapor system of power plants.
