摘要
动态特性是衡量数控机床性能的重要指标,伴随着数控机床加工性能的迅速提高,对其动态特性的要求也随之越来越高。为全面分析模态分析方法在数控机床动态特性分析中的应用现状及其发展前景,论文重点对比分析了基于试验和有限元的两种模态分析方法在数控机床振动特性分析中的应用情况,并在此基础上,提出了将二者进行结合应用的思路,即有限元-试验模态分析方法将成为未来的发展方向。
Dynamic property is one of the important indicators to measure performance of CNC, request for which is getting higher, along with the rapid increase of process-ability. To analyze the application status and development prospects of mode analysis method used in dynamic characteristics analysis of CNC, two kinds of modal analysis methods were contrastive analyzed.
Based on this, the applicationidea to combinethe advantages of both was proposed, which would be the development direction in the future.
