摘要
目的探讨个体化护理模式在耳鼻喉患者中的应用效果。方法将103例患者设为观察组,对其实施常规护理;将另外107例患者设为对照组,在常规护理的基础上实施个体化护理。结果对照组患者护理满意度高于观察组。结论对耳鼻喉患者实施个体化护理,有利于提高护理质量,提升患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing mode in patients with ENT. Methods 103 patients were set as observation group, and the other 107 cases were set as control group, and the individual nursing care was carried out on the basis of routine nursing. ResultsPatients in control group were higher than the observation group. Conclusion The implementation of individualized nursing care for patients with ear nose and throat is conducive to improve the quality of care, improve patient care satisfaction.
