摘要
目的探讨对首次就诊的妇科门诊患者实施人性化护理干预的效果。方法将80例在我院就诊的妇科患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各40例。对照组只接受常规护理,观察组除了常规护理外采用人性化护理。结果干预后两组的SAS评分值均低于干预前,P<0.01。其中观察组下降的更为明显,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.01。护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在常规护理的基础上实施人性化护理,可以改善妇科门诊患者的焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effects of humanistic nursing interventions for first-visiting gynecological outpatients. Methods A total of 80 gynecological patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in the observation group and another 40 in the control group. The control group received routine care, while in addition to routine care, the observation group was provided with humanistic nursing. Results After the intervention, the SAS scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention, with P〈0.01. The SAS score of the observation group underwent a more significant decrease comparing with that of the control group, with P〈0.01. And patients in the observation group were more satisfied about nursing than patients in the control group, with P〈0.05. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care on the basis of routine nursing can relieve anxiety in gynecological outpatients and improve nursing satisfaction.
