摘要
目的探索临床药物管理对骨肿瘤患者手术的护理影响及措施。方法对我院行使骨肿瘤手术患者进行回顾性分析,总结其临床用药情况,从2014年9月开始对医护人员进行全面优化药物管理制度。结果经过全面优质药物管理制度后,我院的医护人员合理用药知识掌握度评分优于管理前(P<0.05)。结论全面优化药物管理制度对医护理人员的管理效果确切,其可提高护理人员合理用药的意识,同时还可提高对骨肿瘤患者的护理效果。
Objective To explore the nursing effects and measures of drugs in bone tumor surgery. Methods The patients with bone tumor surgery in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, summarized the clinical drug use, medical personnel to conduct a comprehensive optimization of drug management system from September 2014. Results After comprehensive quality drug management system, the hospital＇s medical staff knowledge rating for the rational use of drugs significantly superior to management before（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive optimization of drug management system for medical personnel management effect of precise, it can improve the nurses＇ consciousness of rational drug use, and can also improve the effect of nursing in patients with bone tumors.
