摘要
目的：评估男性透析患者阴茎勃起功能、抑郁及氧化应激状态水平，探讨三者之间的相关性。方法研究对象分为男性维持性血液透析（MHD）组及健康对照组，每组各55例。对两组分别进行国际勃起功能指数（IIEF）评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分及氧化应激指标丙二醛（MDA）、晚期氧化蛋白产物（AOPP）检测。并对上述三项指标作相关分析。结果男性MHD患者IIEF分值低于对照组，抑郁评分、血MDA、AOPP水平高于对照组（P均＜0.05）。IIEF分值与MDA水平成负相关（r =-0.432），抑郁评分与MDA水平成正相关（r =0.643），AOPP值与抑郁评分成正相关（r =0.627）、与IIEF分值成负相关（r =-0.517），抑郁评分与IIEF分值成负相关（r =-0.671）（P均＜0.05）。在健康对照组这些指标间没有相关性。结论氧化应激、男性性功能障碍和抑郁三者可以互相影响，构成因果交替，影响患者生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the erectile function, depression level and oxidative stress status in male hemodialysis patients and explore their correlation.Methods Total of 55 male maintenance hemodialysis （MHD） patients and 55 healthy men were recruited in the study. Some tests including international erectile fuction index（IIEF）, self-rating depression scale（SDS）, detect the concentration of malonaldehyde （MDA）, advanced oxidation protein products （AOPP） in serum were carried out respectively in these two groups, and the correlation of parameters mentioned above was comparatively analyzed.Results The score of IIEF in male MHD patients was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the score of SDS, the concentration of MDA and AOPP in serum were all higher than those in the control group significantly （P〈0.05）. There was a negative correlation between IIEF score and the concentration of MDA（r =-0.432）, a positive correlation between SDS score and the concentration of MDA（r =0.643）, and a positive correlation between the concentration of AOPP and SDS score（r =0.627）, a negative correlation between the concentration of AOPP and IIEF score（r =-0.517）, and a negative correlation between SDS score and IIEF score in male MHD patients （r =-0.671）（P〈0.05）. There was no correlation in these parameters in the control group.Conclusion There is an interrelationship among oxidative stress, erectile disfuction and depression, and these effects could result in causation alternation, further decrease the quality of life in male MHD patients.
