通过总结和评估西气东输管道公司"十二五"规划执行情况,采用SWOT分析法,剖析了西气东输公司面临的内外部环境,提出"十三五"规划编制的相关建议:加大天然气市场调研和开发力度;科学合理地确定规划目标指标体系;开展多情景分析;注重"十三五"规划的公司价值评估。
Through summarizing and evaluating the implementation of the 12^th Five-Year Plan, this paper analyzes the inner and outer environment of the West-East Gas Pipeline Company during the 12^th Five-Year by SWOT model, and presents suggestions for preparing the 13^th Five-Year Plan. It is suggested to strengthen the natural gas market research and development; determine the planning target and indicator system scientifically and reasonably; carry out the scenario analysis; and focus on corporate value appraisal in the 13^th Five-Year plan.
