摘要
本文报道1例肾癌致髂腰部及下肢疼痛,误诊为肾结石行冲击波体外碎石术,而后形成肾包膜下血肿的病例,对此案例进行经验教训总结,给予临床工作者以警示.
One patient with renal carcinoma leaded to iliac lumbar and leg pain, misdiagnosed as kidney stone complicated with renal subcapsular hematoma after shock wave lithotripsy is reported, and the experiences of this case is summarized to warn the clinical work.
