摘要
目的探讨长屈肌的亚部划分,为临床应用长屈肌提供解剖学形态资料。方法大体解剖法、肌构筑法、改良Sihler’s染色法。结果依长屈肌肌内腱板和神经分布,把长屈肌分为胫侧亚部和腓侧亚部。结论1长屈肌可分为胫侧亚部和腓侧亚部;2长屈肌胫侧亚部产生的肌力大于腓侧亚部。
Objective This study was made to reveal morphologic features of human flexor hallucis longus(FHL)for clinical application.Methods Muscle architecture method and modified Sihler's staining were used.ResultsThe FHL can be divided into tibial compartment and fibula compartment by the instramuscular tendon and intramuscular nerve.Conclusion 1The FHL can be divided into tibial compartment and fibula compartment;2The force produced by tibial compartment is more than that by fibula compartment.
