米诺环素抑制蛛网膜下腔出血大鼠脑组织小胶质细胞/巨噬细胞活化改善血管病变 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究米诺环素对实验性大鼠蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)所致神经炎症及脑血管病变的影响。方法单线穿刺法制备大鼠SAH模型;用神经功能评分检测各组大鼠的神经损害程度;ELISA检测大鼠皮层细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)的水平;Western blot法检测脑组织小胶质细胞/巨噬细胞标志物离子钙结合接头蛋白分子1(Iba-1)的水平;HE染色检测脑血管壁的形态学变化。结果成功制备实验性SAH大鼠模型;米诺环素治疗后SAH大鼠神经功能得到明显改善、脑组织中TNF-α和IL-1β水平下降、小胶质细胞/巨噬细胞活化受到抑制、血管痉挛和血管壁损伤得到明显缓解。结论米诺环素抑制SAH大鼠脑组织小胶质细胞/巨噬细胞活化改善血管病变。
