摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)已成为近年来威胁人类健康的最常见疾病之一,营养不良在COPD患者中发病率高,对患者的预后有着重要影响,其形成机制亦十分复杂。能量代谢对其形成有着重要影响,COPD患者普遍存在能量代谢失衡,多种细胞因子及内分泌激素、缺氧、炎症反应、药物、物质代谢等可影响COPD患者的能量代谢,参与营养不良的形成。 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), has become one of the most common disease threatening to human health in recent years. Undernutrition has high morbidity and influence the recovering of the COPD patients, mechanisms responsible for it are complex. Energy expenditure has a great influence on the incidence of undernutrition. Energy imbalance is common in patients with COPD. The effects of cytokines, hormones, dyspnea, systemic inflammatory, drug and metabolism on energy expenditure have been pointed out, which may account for the undernutrition.
