摘要
目的通过对轻型颅脑损伤病人进行静息态功能磁共振检查并采用低频振幅的方法进行数据分析,观察其脑网络异常激活区域。方法收集16例轻型颅脑损伤病人作为轻型颅脑损伤组,同时将23例正常志愿者作为正常对照组。采用低频振幅分析方法对两组进行静息态功能磁共振数据分析。结果与正常对照组比较,轻型颅脑损伤组脑网络出现6个异常激活脑区,主要分布于胼胝体前部、右侧额叶的前部及后部皮质、右侧顶枕联合皮质、左侧小脑半球底部、右侧枕极、双侧颞叶底部、双侧颞中回后部、双侧颞枕联合皮质及双侧额叶前部内侧皮质。结论轻型颅脑损伤病人静息态脑网络存在异常激活区域,静息态功能磁共振可能成为临床治疗中的重要诊断方法。
Objective To observe the abnormal activation brain regions in resting state brain network under mild traumatic brain injury by the data analysis via resting state functional magnetic resonance examination and amplitude of low frequency fluctuation. Methods Sixteen mild traumatic brain injury patients were recruited as mild traumatic brain injury group. Meanwhile, 23 matched normal volunteers served as the normal control group. The resting state functional magnetic resonance data analysis was performed on patients in the two groups using amplitude of low frequency fluctuation. Results Compared with normal control group, there were 6 abnormal brain activation regions, which were distributed mainly in the anterior corpus callosum, anterior and posterior cortex of the right frontal lobe, right parieto-occipital association cortex, the bottom of the left cerebellar hemisphere, right occipital pole, the bottom of bilateral temporal lobe, posterior cortexes of bilateral middle temporal gyri, bilateral temporo-occipital association cortex and anteromedial cortexes of the bilateral frontal lobes. Conclusions The patients with mild traumatic brain injury have abnormal activation brain regions in resting state brain network. The resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging may be an important diagnostic method in clinical treatment.
