摘要
[目的]观察蒲参胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高脂血症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。常规降压、抗凝等。对照组30例阿托伐他汀钙,10mg/次,每晚1次。治疗组30例蒲参胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d;阿托伐他汀钙治疗同对照组。连续治疗8周为1疗程。观测临床症状、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效22例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率93.30%。对照组显效10例,有效14例,无效6例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。血脂改善治疗组治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]蒲参胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高脂血症,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of the Pu Shen capsule and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets On Treatment of Hyperlipidemia.[Method]Used the order of treatment,60 cases with Hyperlipidemia which come from Outpatient and Inpatient were randomized parallel controlled study divided into two groups.Control group has 30 cases,was done with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,10mg/times,Once a night.and Treatment group has 30 cases too,was treated with Pu Shen capsule and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets： Pu Shen capsule,4 capsules/times,Three times a day,Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,10mg/times,Once a night.A course of treatment included 8 weeks.To observe the clinical Symptom,TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Adverse reactions when the end of 8 weeks.[Result]The total effective rate of Treatment group and Control group was 93.30% and 86.60%,The total efficacy of the treated group is significantly higher（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The Pu Shen capsule and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets was significantly effective in treating Hyperlipidemia,and hadn＇t serious adverse reactions,worthy of a wide application.
