摘要
[目的]观察一效散治疗老年腹部手术切口脂肪液化疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将30例住院患者按病志号抽签/就诊顺序号方法随机分为两组;术区常规治疗,拆除局部缝合线,排出液化脂肪及渗出物。对照组15例彻底清创后内置胶皮引流条,待新鲜肉芽组织生长后,用蝶形胶布合拢切口。治疗组15例一效散(炉甘石煅,朱砂,冰片,滑石粉)调和适量香油,平铺于纱布,填充残腔。连续治疗4周为1疗程。观测临床症状、切口愈合时间、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]切口愈合时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]一效散治疗老年腹部手术切口脂肪液化,疗效满意,改善愈合时间,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]Improve the healing time of the Yixiao powder on the treatment of incision fat liquefaction after abdominal surgery in the elderly.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,30 patients in hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the pathography draw method.Area of conventional treatment,Remove the local sutures,discharge liquefaction of fat and exudation,A control group of 15 cases,Place the rubber drainage after thorough debridement,after waiting for fresh granulation tissue growth,Butterfly tape closed the incision.The treatment group of 15 cases of Yixiao powder（Calcined calamine,cinnabar,borneol,talcum powder） reconcile the sesame oil,paint on the gauze,fill in the residual cavity.4 weeks of continuous treatment,Observation of clinical symptoms,Incision healing time and adverse reactions.Treatment for more than 4 weeks,decision is invalid.[Results]The healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The clinical effect of Yixiao powder on treatment of incision fat liquefaction after abdominal surgery in the elderly,the curative effect is satisfied,no serious adverse reaction is worth promoting.
