摘要
近年来中国甘薯产后淀粉加工比例达到70%~80%,城镇居民食用鲜薯及其淀粉制品2 000万t左右,人均年消费量约2kg。国内甘薯淀粉市场主要竞争因素为玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉和木薯淀粉对于低端甘薯淀粉的替代作用趋于明显。中国甘薯对外贸易在1965-1980年为起步阶段,1985—1994年为高峰阶段,自1995年后的近20年来中国甘薯出口急剧下降,2004-2013年,平均每年仅为2.37万t,其主要原因为欧盟国家进口量大量调减。近年来中国甘薯淀粉以出口韩国、日本、泰国和美国为主,目前甘薯淀粉制品国内外市场需求量仍然很大,前景良好。
In recent years,the proportion of sweet potato starch processing in China has reached 70%-80%,urban residents consumption of fresh potato and its starch products is around 20 million tons,annual per capita consumption is about 2 kilograms.The obvious tend of maize starch,potato starch and cassava starch as a substitute for low-end sweet potato starch is the main competitive factors for domestic sweet potato starch market.Chinese sweet potato foreign trade began in 1965-1980,got into the peak period in 1985-1994,China's sweet potato exports fell sharply with a substantial reduction of the EU countries' import since 1995,the average export volume was only 23 700 tons in 2004-2013.In recent years,China's sweet potato starch mainly exported to South Korea,Japan,Thailand and the United States.At present,the demand of sweet potato starch products in the domestic and foreign markets is still very vigorous,and there is a bright prospect for the industry.
