摘要
文章以TSA68汽轮机油和HM32液压油为研究对象,通过对油品进行D943试验模拟氧化,在氧化过程中定期取样除测定酸值外,同时进行PDSC氧化诱导期和RULER主要抗氧剂相对含量测定,对测定的结果进行相关性考察后,发现D943运行时间和期间所取油样酸值相关性弱,但和一定试验条件下的PDSC消耗氧化诱导时间以及RULER主要抗氧剂相对含量存有一定的相关性。
In this paper,two kinds of lubricant oils,the turbine oil TSA68 and hydraulic oil HM32 were simulated and oxidized through the D943 test. Properties of the oils,including the acid values,the oxidation induction time and the relative contents in percentage of the main antioxidants,were measured by taking samples periodically during the whole test period. From the correlation study on results of the above mentioned three tests,it was found that the D943 test time shows weak correlations with the acid values of samples but definite correlations with the used oxidation induction time of PDSC under certain test conditions and relative contents in percentage of the main antioxidants by RULER.
