介绍了大负荷变频电机传动系统运行状况的监控问题,对系统硬件组成,数据采集与处理,特别是双编码器的同步算法控制作了详细论述,最终将实时数据在可视化WinnCC软件中显示出来。
This paper introduces the monitoring problem of the large load VF motor drive system.The hardware configuration,the data acquisition and processing, especially the synchronization algorithm control of dual encoder are discussed in detail,and the real-time data is displayed in the visual WinnCC software.
