摘要
目的分析探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者接受射频靶点消融术后的护理干预措施。方法选择我院康复科2014年1—12月收治的56例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为观察对象,对所有患者给予射频靶点消融术治疗。应用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各28例。对照组患者手术后给予药物指导、生活指导等一般护理;观察组基于一般护理基础上给予针对性的护理干预,如心理护理、饮食调护、健康教育、康复功能锻炼等系统性措施。对两组患者的护理成效、满意度等指标进行对比。结果观察组患者的疼痛缓解时间、消失时间短于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);同时观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,差异结果同样具有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,通过为期10个月的随访,观察组患者的复发率为7.14%,对照组患者的复发率为21.43%,差异结果显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者接受射频靶点消融术后给予科学、系统的护理干预措施能够促进患者恢复、提高护理满意度并降低术后复发率,具有很高的临床应用价值,值得推广。
Objective Investigate the nursing intervention on patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion and received target radiofrequency ablation.Methods 56 cases of patients suffered from lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in our hospital during January 2014 and December 2014 were chosen as the observation object,all of them were treated with target radiofrequency ablation.They were divided into observation group and the control group by using a random number table method,28 cases in each group.In the control group,patients were given drug administration guidance,life guidance and other general care.Patients in observation group received targeted nursing interventions based on the general care,including psychological care,diet nursing,health education,rehabilitation functional exercise systematic measures.The effectiveness,satisfaction and other indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The pain relief time and disappearing time of observation group were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The satisfaction on nursing of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.In addition,after a period of 10 months of following- up,the relapse rate of observation group was 7.14%,which significantly lower than the control group（21.43%,P0.05）.Conclusions Scientific and systematic nursing interventions on lumbar disc protrusion patients received target radiofrequency ablation is help to promote recovery,improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the recurrence rate,with a high clinical value,worthy of promoting.
