摘要
本试验研究了不同乳化剂添加水平对种鸽产蛋性能、养分利用率及乳鸽生长性能、屠宰性能的影响。两个试验过程均随机分为5个组(A、B、C、D、E组),分别在基础日粮中添加0、200、400、600、800 g/t的乳化剂。结果表明:(1)当乳化剂的添加量达到600 g/t时,种鸽的产蛋数和出雏数最大,分别比对照组提高了14.81%、26.67%;(2)C组和D组种鸽对粗脂肪的利用率分别较A、B、E组显著提高了10.37%、9.49%、15.53%和9.34%、8.48%、14.46%(P<0.05),各组间种鸽对饲料中钙、磷、粗蛋白质和能量的消化利用率无显著差异(P>0.05);(3)5个处理组间乳鸽的平均日采食量、28日龄体重和平均日增重差异均不显著(P>0.05);(4)28日龄时,各组间乳鸽的屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率和腹脂率虽然有一定的差异,但均未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。由此可知,饲料中添加乳化剂在一定程度上能够改善种鸽的产蛋性能和养分利用率,对乳鸽的生长性能和屠宰性能无显著影响,且在本试验条件下,初步得出肉鸽饲粮中乳化剂的推荐用量为600 g/t。
The experiment was conducted to investigate effects of emulsifier on growth performance and nutrient utilization of pigeons.A total of 80 pairs of breeding pigeons were selected to determine the effects of emulsifier levels on egg laying performance and nutrient utilization.A total of 60 pairs of breeding pigeons and A total of 120 squabs were selected to determine the effects of emulsifier levels on growth performance and slaughter performance.The two experiments was all randomly divided into 5 groups and were fed with basal diet supplemented with 0,200,400,600,800 g/t emulsifier,respectively.The results were as follows: (1)When adding quantity was 600 g/t,it had the highest number of eggs and squabs,which were 14.81% and 26.67% higher than those of control group,respectively. (2)The utilization of crude fat of group C and D were 10.37%, 9.49%, 15.53% and 9.34%, 8.48%, 14.46% higher than that of group A,B, E (P 〈 0.05).There were no significant effects on the utilization of calcium,phosphorus, crude protein and gross energy among five groups(P 〉 0.05). (3)There were no significant difference among five experimental groups in average feed intake,the weight of squabs on 28 d and average daily gain (P 〉 0.05).(4)There were no significant effects on slaughter performance of squabs (P 〉 0.05).According to the above analysis,when adding quantity was 600 g/t, emulsifier could improve egg laying performance and nutrient utilization of breeding pigeons in some degree.But it had no significant effects on growth performance and slaughter performance of squabs.
