26家医院双相抑郁患者抗抑郁药使用情况调查 被引量：6

摘要 双相抑郁一直受到各国精神卫生工作者的高度重视和广泛关注.随着不同国家和地区双相障碍防治指南的出台和更新,双相抑郁的治疗逐渐规范化,但有关抗抑郁药在双相抑郁发作中的应用,一直备受争议.我们对2012年11月至2013年1月在我国26家医院开展的一项多中心大样本双相障碍临床路径调查中有关双相抑郁患者抗抑郁药的使用情况进行分析,希望能为中国双相抑郁障碍的规范化治疗、专业人员培训和管理政策的制定提供参考依据.
