摘要
目的确定肿瘤专科护士培训效果评价指标体系各级指标权重及其内涵,为肿瘤专科护士培训效果评价作出初步探索。方法以柯氏四级评估模型为基础,采用层次分析法,确定肿瘤专科护士培训评价指标体系的一级指标权重;运用百分权重法确定指标体系二级和三级指标权重。结果 4个一级指标的权重分别为:学习层0.571、行为层0.269、反应层0.080和结果层0.080;学习层二级指标权重较高的是理论知识、操作技能和人文关怀;行为层中二级指标权重较高的是临床护理能力和临床管理能力。结论肿瘤专科护士培训效果评价指标权重及内涵具有一定的科学实用性,可为衡量肿瘤专科护士培训效果提供参考。
Objective To determine the weighted values and connotation of the index about the training effect evaluation for oncology specialist nurse. Methods Based on Kirkpatrick＇s four-level model of evaluation,the weighted values of first-level indicators of oncology specialist nurse training were determined by analysis hierarchy process,and the second and third-level indicators were determined by the percentage weight. Results The weight of learning layer was 0.571. The weight of behavior layer was 0.269. The weight of reaction layer was 0.080 and the result layer was 0.080. The higher weight of second-level indicators were theoretical knowledge,operation skills and humanistic care in learning layer.The higher weight of second-level indicators were ability of clinical nursing and clinical management in behavior layer. Conclusion The weighted values and connotation of the index about the training effect evaluation of oncology specialist nurse has certain scientific practicability,which can measure the training effect of oncology specialist nurses.
