摘要
铁路车辆装载称重主要使用广泛应用于铁路散堆物料装车计量的设备——装载机车载称重装置。通过分析称重装置使用中存在的司机作业不规范、设备管理不到位等导致装车超载欠吨的主要原因,提出确保准确称重的对策,即强化司机规范作业、加强人员培训和管理、杜绝司机恶意操作、加强称重装置管理,基本杜绝超载、欠吨的现象。
Is applied for accurate weight of bulk cargo onboard weighing equipment. Through analyzing the main causes of overloads and spare tons of loading cargi when using weighing equipment, including non-standard driver operation and incomplete equipment management, this paper puts forward countermeasures of ensuring the accurate weighing, such as enhancing drivers＇ standard operation, strengthening staff training and management, preventing driver＇s malicious operation and improving weighing equipment management, so as to prevent the phenomenon of overloads and spare tons.
