摘要
随着我国"一带一路"战略的实施和东南亚地区的经济发展,蒙西煤炭运往广西北部湾港出口东南亚国家会逐步增加。基于蒙西煤炭铁路外运现状及已有和规划铁路货物运输通道,提出涉及蒙西至华中通道、焦柳线、湘桂线、洛湛线、黎钦线、钦北线、玉铁线、南防线等铁路线路的5个运输径路方案,并从主要技术标准、运输距离、线路输送能力等方面对方案进行综合比选,推荐最优运输径路为蒙西至华中通道—洛湛线—玉铁线通道。
With the implementation of ＂the silk road economic belt and the 21st-century maritime silk road＂ strategy and the economic development in Southeast Asia area, the coal transportation from west Inner Mongolia to Guangxi Beibu Gulf Port and then exporting to Southeast Asian countries will increase gradually. Based on the status of coal transport outbound from west Inner Mongolia and existing and planned railway freight transport corridors, this paper puts forward 5 transport routes involving railway lines like west Inner Mongolia-Central China corridor, Jiaozuo-Liuzhou line, Hengyang-Pingxiang line, Luoyang-Zhanjiang line, Litang-Qinzhou line, Qinzhou-Beihai line, etc, and makes comprehensive comparison on the routes from aspects including main technical standards, transport distance and carrying capacity of the lines, finally, the route from west Inner Mongolia-Central China corridor to LuoyangZhanjiang line and then to Yulin-Tieshan＇gang line was recommended.
