摘要
长沙县城区为长沙市经济技术开发区,客流和物流繁忙。为提高道路通行效率,应根据长沙县城区交通流量流向特点和路网等条件进行交通组织优化。从完善城区路网、提高跨京港澳高速线通道通行能力、优化关键交叉口交通组织等方面入手,实现主干道路交通协调控制。同时,实施积极的静态交通建设政策,贯彻交通影响评价制度,以缓和交通供需矛盾。
The urban area of Changsha county is Changsha economic and technological development zone. It＇s passenger transportation and logistics transportation are busy. To optimize urban traffic organization, we should improve the road network, improve the traffic capacity of the channels across the G4 freeway, optimize the key intersection＇s traffic organization, complete the traffic coordination control of the trunk roads. At the same time, the positive construction of static traffic policy should be implemented, the traffic impact assessment system should be implemented, so that the traffic supply-demand contradiction would be alleviated.
