摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和个案分析法等研究方法,对加入中国大学生体育协会国防体育分会的26所高校进行了调研。结果表明:国防体育协会在高等教育中没有受到应有的重视,并且数量极少,组织机构尚不健全;全国国防体育活动的赛事举办不规范;普通高校国防体育协会开展的活动内容单一,组织形式不够丰富等。对此提出对策:高校的各级领导应站在维护国家安全战备大局的层面,切实抓好国防体育这项工作;理顺国防体育协会的管理机制,完善协会章程;将国防体育与学生军事训练、体育教学工作有机融合发展。
This paper investigates 26 national defense sports associations in colleges and universities which have joined Federation of University Sports of China（ FUSC）,using documentary analysis,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other research methods. The results show that the national defense sports associations have not received due attention in higher education with very small number and the imperfect organization. The events holding of nationwide national defense sports needs to be adjusted. The activities that carried out by national sports associations in colleges and universities are of monotonous content,and the forms are not rich enough,etc. For this situation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures that the leaders of colleges and universities at all levels,especially the presidents,should have strong global concept of national security readiness,and earnestly carry out the national defense sports well. The management mechanism of the national defense sports associations should be rationalized,and the associations＇ regulations and rules should be improved. The national defense sports should be integrated with students＇ military training and physical education teaching.
