摘要
特种部队临战体能准备是临战准备的重要内容之一。临战体能训练的动作模拟实战(军事技战术)动作的程度越高,能量代谢特征越符合执行作战任务的实战需求,体能训练对完成军事任务能力的促进作用就越明显。临战体能训练内容的选择及负荷强度的调控基于对遂行作战任务体能需求特点的分析。
The pre- battle physical readiness is one of the most important part of the pre- battle preparation for the special forces.The best way to develop pre- battle physical fitness for the special forces is to train the energy systems and muscles as closely as possible in the way they are used in the battle field. The contents and intensity of the pre- battle physical training activities are based on the mission analysis of the physical demands of war time tasks.
