摘要
中部地区是我国重要的能源原材料基地,本文采用2001—2014年的面板数据,运用随机前沿模型对我国中部地区的碳排放效率进行了测算,并根据计算结果对中部地区的碳排放效率进行了收敛性检验和预测。主要结论是:(1)中部地区2001—2014年的碳排放效率呈逐年上升的趋势,且内部省份的碳排放效率差距不断缩小;(2)中部地区的碳排放效率存在σ收敛和β收敛。在对碳排放效率作出评价基础上,论文最后提出了相应的因地制宜对策建议。
The central of China is an important base of raw materials and energy in China. In this paper,based on stochastic frontier analysis,we estimated carbon emission efficiency for central of China from 2001 to 2014,and then made convergence test and prediction. The primary conclusions of this paper included:( 1) Carbon emission efficiency of the central of China went in upward trend during 2001- 2014 and the gap between internal provinces was narrowing,and( 2) sigma and beta convergences were observed for carbon emission efficiency of central of China. Finally in this paper we put forward corresponding suggestions for each specified province.
