摘要
分析了变曲率铺放过程中预浸丝束产生的缺陷及产生机制,并讨论了回转半径大小对于丝束缺陷剧烈程度产生的影响。利用最小回转半径反映丝束进行曲线铺放的效果;并且通过有效贴合长度比来表征丝束最小回转半径。利用该评价方法分别研究了各工艺参数对于铺放质量的影响,发现在本试验条件下随着铺放温度的增加丝束最小回转半径减小;随着铺放压力的增加,丝束最小回转半径先是减小,达到最小值后保持不变,继续增加铺放压力使得丝束最小回转半径增大;随着铺放速率的增加丝束最小回转半径增大。
The authors analyzed the common defects and initiation mechanism of towpreg during the placement process. They used the minimum turning radius to reflect the results of variable stiffness composites manufacture,characterized by effective bonding length ratio. The influences of these parameters on the automatic fiber placement process were analyzed thereby. The results showed that with the increase of temperature,the minimum turning radius was reducing; with the increase of pressure,the minimum turning radius was varying; and with the increase of speed,the minimum turning radius was increasing.
