摘要
旋挖钻孔灌注桩技术被誉为"绿色施工工艺",其特点是工作效率高、施工质量好、尘土泥浆污染少。与传统的回转钻成孔相比,由于传统的回转钻成孔本身及钻孔工艺的原因,其钻进效率、施工质量、环境保护及施工安全都存在明显的劣势。因此是近几年国内得到大力推广使用的一种较先进的桩基施工工艺,广泛应用于我国的公路、铁路、桥梁和大型建筑的基础桩施工。本文合工程实例分析了与传统的钻孔工艺在设备性能、成孔工艺方面的技术经济优势。
The rotary drilling technology is known as the "green construction technology", which is characterized by high efficiency,good quality of construction, less pollution of dust and mud. Compared with the traditional rotary drilling, the drilling efficiency, construction quality, environmental protection and construction safety of the drilling efficiency, environmental protection and construction safety are obviously disadvantage compared with the traditional drilling technology. Therefore, in recent years, the country has been vigorously promoting the use of a more advanced pile foundation construction technology, widely used in our country's highway, railway, bridge and large construction of the foundation pile construction. In this paper, an engineering example is analyzed and the technical and economic advantages of traditional drilling technology in equipment performance and hole forming process are analyzed.
