摘要
红沿河核电站海水循环水泵在调试过程中出现泵推力轴承温度高、无法稳定的问题。为解决这一问题,分析了轴承温度高无法稳定的根本原因,提出了增加外置冷却器和更换润滑油的解决方案,并通过计算和试验验证了处理方案的可行性。
The temperature of thrust bearing in Hongyanhe nuclear power station circulating water pump increases rapidly and cannot be kept stable during commissioning period. In order to solve this issue, the paper analyzes the root cause of the high temperature and instability, proposes the solution to the issue by adding external cooler and changing lubricant, and verifies the availability of the solution through calculation and site test.
