摘要
目的了解我院住院患者小牛脾提取物注射液的使用情况,对用药合理性进行评价。方法采用病历回顾性研究方法,对480份使用小牛脾提取物注射液的病例进行调查,并进行统计分析。结果小牛脾提取物注射液临床应用存在不合理情况,主要包括给药剂量及给药途径不适宜,适应证不明确等。未发现与小牛脾提取物注射液相关的不良反应。结论我院小牛脾提取物注射液的使用存在一定的不合理现象,为保证临床用药的安全、合理、有效、经济,建议严格按照说明书用药。
Objective To analyze the clinical use of calf spleen extractive injection in our hospital and evaluate the rational use.Methods A total of 480 patients used calf spleen extractive injection were investigated and analyzed.Results There was irrational use of calf spleen extractive injection in our hospital,including unsuitable dose,unsuitable route of administration and unclear indication.No adverse reaction of calf spleen extractive injection was found.Conclusion The clinical use of calf spleen extractive injection in our hospital is partly irrational.In order to ensure the safe,rational,effective and economical use,the drug should be strictly used according to the instructions.
