摘要
创业是最高质量的就业,提高大学生的创业能力是促进大众创业与解决大学生就业难的重要手段。然而实证分析结果表明,超过半数的大学生创业能力得分达不到"及格线",创业能力偏低;"性别"、"家人或亲戚创业"、"家庭积蓄支持"与"创业课程"是大学生创业能力的主要影响因素。为提升大学生创业能力,高校应营造创业氛围,加强创业教育师资培养、建立创业服务中心、提高创业课程的针对性时效性和丰富校园创业实践活动。
Entrepreneurship is the highest quality of. employment, improving college students＇ entrepreneurial ability is an important way to promote the public entrepreneurship and to solve the employment difficulty of themselves. But the empirical analysis results showed, more than half of college students＇ entrepreneurial ability score is not up to the pass line, it is low; gender, family or relatives venture, the support of family savings, entrepreneurship courses are the main influence factors of college students＇ entrepreneurial ability. In order to improve college students＇ entrepreneurial ability, colleges and universities should create entrepreneurial atmosphere, strengthen the cultivation of entrepreneurship education teachers, establish the entrepreneurial service center, improve the pertinence and timeliness of the entrepreneurship courses and enrich campus entrepreneurship practice.
