摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗单纯性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:单纯性面瘫50例,采用中西合治,针刺配合患者自行推拿,10次为1个疗程,治疗1疗程后进行疗效评定。结果:临床治愈35例,显效9例,有效6例,总有效率达100%。结论:中西医合治单纯性面瘫疗效确切,且疗程缩短。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of treatment of using the mode of combined Chinese and western medicine treatment for pure facial paralysis. Methods Pure facial paralysis 50cases, adopting the mode of combined Chinese and western medi- cine treatment with acupuncture and patient self massage , ten times for a period of treatment , after two courses of treatment efficacy evaluation was carried out. Results 35 patients were successfully completed the treatment in clinic, after treatment there were excel- lent in 9 cases , good in 6 cases , the excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusion Using the mode of combined Chinese and west- ern medicine treatment has significantly clinical efficacy , also shorten the time of treatment.
