摘要
以新河矿嘉祥支三断层破碎带为研究背景,分析了巷道围岩注浆加固机理与破碎带岩体注浆堵水原理,通过数值模拟分析,研究揭示了高落差含水断层破碎带区域围岩化学注浆增效机理。根据此机理,结合现场具体情况制定了新河矿延伸斜井围岩波雷因注浆加固方案,确定了基本注浆参数,现场矿压监测表明,围岩控制效果良好。
To provide a scientific and reasonable method of grouting in surrounding rock under the condition of high fall and water-bearirig fault fracture zone, analyze the mechanism of grouting reinforcement in roadway surrounding rock and the theory of grouting and blocking water in broken rock ,taking the third fault broken zone ~f Xinhe coal mine Jiaxiang branch for research background. Based on a series of numerical simulation, this research reveals the synergistic mechanism of chemical grouting to roadway surrounding rock in high fall and water-bearing fault fracture zone. According to this mechanism, established the scheme of poyn grouting reinforcement in surrounding rock of Xinhe coal mine extended inclined shaft in association with the field conditions and determined the basic grouting parameter. Results of on-site mine pressure monitoring show that the effect on surrounding rock control is good.
