防喷器试压快速增压装置的研制及应用 被引量:7

摘要 针对防喷器试压增压装置难以满足现代井控装置试压快速高效、准确稳定、自动控制和安全环保等方面要求的现状,研发了一种新型快速增压装置。重点对防喷器试压快速增压装置的原理、结构设计、液压系统、自动控制系统及实际应用进行了介绍。该快速增压装置具有体积小、增压迅速、安全系数高、可实现自动化加压及试压控制的优点,显著提高了现有防喷器试压的工作效率。室内防喷器累计试压检测增压300余台,钻井现场试压40余口井,室内试验及现场应用结果表明,快速增压装置动作可靠,加压效率高,设备故障率低,完全满足各类工况下防喷器的试压检测需求。该增压装置的研制对提升防喷器试压效率具有十分重要的意义。 Considering that the current supercharger for BOP pressure test could hardly meet modern well control equipment pressure testing requirements on fast and efficient,accurate and stable,automatic control and safety and environmental protection,a new rapid supercharging device has been developed. The device's design features,hydraulic system,automatic control system and practical application are introduced. The device could significantly improve the efficiency of the BOP pressure test with the advantages of small size,rapid supercharging,high safety factor,automation supercharging and pressure testing. The more than 300 units indoor BOP pressure tests and 40 wells onsite pressure tests results have showed that the rapid supercharging device could fully meet the BOP pressure test requirements under all kinds of work conditions with reliability,high supercharging efficiency and low equipment failure rate.
